Another healthy lift in sentiment notwithstanding profit taking

The week opened on a positive note with the All Ords pushing through the downtrend resistance, though not going much higher. The Metals and Mining and Energy
indices almost did the same, but faltered. The rest of the week was dominated by a pause in momentum as some profit taking occurred.
